Data in the NCCR AntiResist are stored across multiple platforms at multiple institutions. The internal data catalog serves as a unifying platform to facilitate recording and sharing data. The platform supports existing collaborations between research groups, fosters new collaborations by enabling data discoverability, and encourages secondary analyses or re-use of data. The catalog also serves as a platform for keeping a record of strains generated for NCCR research and for describing datasets in the context of their projects and goals. It is accessible from any institution and access is managed by custom user accounts.
To get a user account or learn about how to use this catalog, contact the NCCR AntiResist Research Data Officer. Users are required to sign the NCCR AntiResist Data Sharing Policy before receiving an account.
